Notes:

1.     MagiCAD support folder is different with installation path, it can be found from system drive, so usually it is C:\ProgramData

2.     “ProgramData” is a hidden folder as default, so you need to change windows option of folder view, as following screenshot

3.     Name of MagiCAD support folder is contributed with version numbers of MagiCAD and Revit, for example, “2025_r2024”, means Revit version is 2024, and MagiCAD version is 2025. So if you have multi versions of Revit, and also installed MagiCAD for them, please find the correct one.
